ENFORCE Act

This bill makes it illegal to do more things related to child pornography, specifically when someone creates or shares images that have been changed or edited but still show a real, identifiable child. It also increases the punishments for these crimes. Additionally, the bill gives federal law enforcement broader power to go after people who possess, receive, share, or create obscene images depicting the sexual abuse of children.
