Keep SNAP Funded Act of 2025

This bill would make sure that SNAP (food assistance) benefits keep getting paid out even if Congress hasn't passed a budget or funding bill for the Department of Agriculture for the 2026 fiscal year. It would also provide money to cover any SNAP payments that people missed starting after September 30, 2025, up until this bill becomes law. The funding from this bill would stay available until Congress passes a regular spending bill for the Department of Agriculture.
