Paychecks for Patriots Act of 2025

This bill makes sure that members of the military, including reserve members, keep getting paid even if the government shuts down because Congress hasn't passed a budget for the 2026 fiscal year. It covers their regular pay and allowances for any active service or training they do during a shutdown. The funding would stay in place until Congress passes a law that officially covers military pay for that year.
