Relief of Chronic Pain Act of 2025

This bill changes how Medicare covers certain non-opioid drugs used to treat chronic pain. It would make these drugs cheaper for patients by removing the deductible and placing them in the lowest cost-sharing category. The bill also stops Medicare drug plans from requiring patients to get approval ahead of time or try other medications first before they can get these non-opioid pain drugs covered.
