Build Housing with Care Act of 2025

This bill creates a grant program where the government gives money to certain organizations — like housing developers, childcare providers, and public housing authorities — to build or improve housing that has childcare services in the same building or nearby. These grants can be used for designing, planning, building, buying, or fixing up these combined housing and childcare facilities. The bill also requires a government watchdog agency to study how available and affordable childcare is for people living in public housing.
