Stop Funding Global Terrorists Act of 2025

This bill would stop the United States from giving money to the United Nations for help in Afghanistan until the Department of State confirms two things to Congress: that no U.S. money is being sent as cash shipments by the UN to Afghanistan, and that terrorist groups are not receiving money from those cash shipments. If the State Department later finds out that its confirmation was wrong, it must take it back and let Congress know.
