Stuck On Hold Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to set up phone systems that tell callers how long they will have to wait and give them the option to get a call back if the wait is longer than 10 minutes. The VA would also have to create guidelines to bring average wait times on their phone lines down to 10 minutes or less.
