Stop Sports Blackouts Act

This bill says that if your cable or satellite TV company gets into a disagreement with a channel and that channel goes dark even though you're paying for it, the company has to give you money back for the time you couldn't watch it. The Federal Communications Commission would be in charge of creating the rules for how much money customers should get back.
