Justice for 9/11 Act

This bill says that any plea deals made by three specific individuals connected to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack cannot prevent those individuals from being put on trial under other laws for that attack. If they are tried, the death penalty must be an option. The bill also requires that if any of these three individuals are sentenced, they must be held in solitary confinement at the U.S. military facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, cannot have contact with foreign nationals, can only receive limited psychological treatment, and cannot be moved to the mainland United States or any other country.
