Keep Our PACT Act

This bill provides funding through 2035 for programs run by local school districts that offer extra educational help to students who are struggling or who attend schools where many students come from low-income families. It also permanently continues a program that helps states provide special education services to children with disabilities. The money in the bill is labeled as emergency spending, which means it follows special budget rules that allow it to bypass certain spending limits.
