A bill to require the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to identify and conduct recurrent vetting of evacuees from Afghanistan found not to be properly vetted before entering the United States.

This bill requires U.S. Customs and Border Protection to regularly and repeatedly check the backgrounds of people who were evacuated from Afghanistan and allowed into the United States under certain programs. These background checks must include searching all law enforcement and international terrorist screening databases.
