Homeowners Premium Tax Reduction Act of 2025

This bill would let homeowners subtract up to $10,000 from their income on their tax return for the cost of homeowners insurance on their main home. This type of deduction, called an "above-the-line" deduction, means people could claim it even if they don't itemize their taxes.
