Secure Rural Schools Reauthorization Act of 2025

This bill continues a program that sends money from the federal government to states and counties that have federal land within their borders. It extends these payments through the 2026 fiscal year and also covers payments for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. Additionally, it gives counties and local advisory committees more time — through 2028 — to start projects using these funds.
