Protect Our Seniors Act

This bill creates rules in the Senate that would make it harder to pass laws that cut Medicare or Social Security benefits. It would also block efforts to take money from Medicare to pay for things that aren't related to Medicare. To get around these rules, at least two-thirds of Senators would have to vote to allow it.
