This bill allows coal mining on about 800 acres of federal land in Musselshell County, Montana, under an existing federal coal lease. It requires the Department of the Interior to approve a mining plan modification for the Bull Mountains Mine, which is run by a company called Signal Peak Energy, without making changes or delaying the approval.
