Pregnant Students’ Rights Act

This bill would require colleges and universities that receive federal student aid money to give current and prospective students information about their rights and resources if they are pregnant or may become pregnant and want to carry their baby to term. The schools would need to share a list of community and campus resources to help pregnant students, explain what accommodations are available during and after pregnancy, and let students know how to file a complaint if they face discrimination for choosing to carry their baby to term.
