Bolts Ditch Act

This bill lets two water organizations — the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority — use a water channel called the Bolts Ditch and its gate located in the Holy Cross Wilderness area in Colorado. These organizations would be allowed to divert water through the ditch and take care of maintaining and repairing the ditch and its gate.
