Emergency Medical Services Reimbursement for On-Scene Care and Support Act

This bill would allow Medicare to pay for ambulance services even if the ambulance team treats a patient on the spot without taking them to a hospital or other location. Currently, Medicare generally only covers ambulance services when the patient is transported somewhere for further care.
