Home School Graduation Recognition Act

This bill makes clear that students who finish high school through homeschooling, in a way that is recognized by their state's laws, count as high school graduates when applying for federal student aid. This means they would be eligible for the same federal financial help for college or other education that other high school graduates can receive.
