No Red and Blue Banks Act

This bill says that the General Services Administration, which handles contracts for the federal government, cannot give contracts to banks that refuse to do business with companies just because of social policy reasons. In other words, if a bank turns away a company solely based on social policy views rather than financial reasons, that bank would not be eligible for certain government contracts.
