RECOGNIZING Judea and Samaria Act

This bill would stop the federal government from spending money to create any official documents, policies, or rules that use the term "the West Bank" to describe the area also known as Judea and Samaria. Instead, the government would be required to use the names "Judea and Samaria." The bill also changes existing laws to replace "the West Bank" with "Judea and Samaria." However, this rule would not apply when the U.S. is following international treaties or agreements.
