Fairness for Servicemembers and their Families Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to check every five years whether the maximum life insurance coverage available to servicemembers and veterans through certain government insurance programs is keeping up with rising prices. The VA would look at how much the cost of living has gone up over the previous five years and report on whether the coverage amounts should be adjusted.
