STOP MADURO Act

This bill allows the State Department to offer a reward of up to $100 million to anyone who provides information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro Moros for certain drug-related crimes. The reward money would not come from taxpayer funds but instead would be paid using assets that the U.S. government has already seized or frozen from Maduro, officials in his government, and people working with them under existing laws and executive orders.
