SOS: Sustaining Outpatient Services Act

This bill changes how Medicare pays for certain medical services provided at hospital outpatient locations that are not on the main hospital campus. Right now, some of these off-campus locations are paid differently, but this bill would allow them to be paid under the standard hospital outpatient payment system for items and services where payments to specialist doctors were $2 million or less in the previous year.
