TAP Promotion Act

This bill says that when military members are getting ready to leave the service, the counseling they receive must include a presentation about the benefits they can get from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA would also have to send a yearly report to Congress about the presentation, including which veterans service organizations took part, how many service members attended, and any suggestions for improving it.
