Stop GREED Act of 2025

This bill stops the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from giving bonus payments, known as critical skill incentives, to high-ranking employees who work at the VA's main central office. However, senior-level employees who do some of their work at other VA locations outside the central office can still receive these bonuses, and individual exceptions can be approved by certain top VA officials. The VA would also be required to send Congress a yearly report on which senior-level employees received these bonus payments.
