Protecting Our Supreme Court Justices Act of 2025

This bill increases the maximum prison sentence for protesting or marching near a courthouse or the home of a judge, juror, witness, or court officer when it is done to interfere with the justice system or to try to influence those individuals in doing their jobs. Under current law, the maximum punishment is one year in prison, and this bill would raise that to five years.
