Reclaim Trade Powers Act

This bill would get rid of a law that currently allows the President to put tariffs of up to 15% on imported goods for up to 150 days when the country is facing serious problems with its trade balance or international payments. By repealing this law, the bill would take away this specific tariff power from the President.
