Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act

This bill would require the organizations that oversee amateur sports in the United States, like USA Gymnastics, to ban individuals classified as male from competing in sports categories set aside for females, women, or girls. The bill defines "male" as a person whose reproductive system produces, transports, or uses sperm for fertilization, or would do so if not for a genetic, developmental, or other physical difference.
