A bill to take certain land in the State of California into trust for the benefit of the Pechanga Band of Indians, and for other purposes.

This bill would transfer about 860 acres of federal land in Riverside County, California, to be held in trust for the Pechanga Band of Indians, making it part of their reservation. The land, currently managed by the Bureau of Land Management, must be kept as open space and can only be used to protect archaeological, cultural, and wildlife resources. Gambling is not allowed on this land.
