Transportation Security Administration Pay Act of 2026

This bill would provide funding to make sure Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees continue to get paid their regular wages and benefits during a partial government shutdown that started on February 14, 2026, because the funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security was not passed on time. The funding would last until either a proper spending bill is signed into law or September 30, 2026, whichever comes first. The bill would apply as if it had been signed into law on February 13, 2026, the day before the shutdown began.
