Fund CISA Personnel Act of 2026

This bill would keep paying employees of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) their regular salaries, benefits, and other payments during a partial government shutdown that started on February 14, 2026. The shutdown happened because Congress had not passed or extended the funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security for the 2026 fiscal year. The bill would provide this funding until either Congress passes the regular funding bill or September 30, 2026, whichever comes first, and it would apply as if it had started the day before the shutdown began.
