Transportation Security Administration Pay Act of 2026

This bill would keep paying Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees their regular wages, benefits, and other payments during a partial government shutdown that started on February 14, 2026, because funding for the Department of Homeland Security had not been approved. The payments would continue until either a proper funding bill is passed or September 30, 2026, whichever comes first. The bill would apply as if it had gone into effect on February 13, 2026, the day before the shutdown began.
