Build the Wall Act of 2025

This bill creates a new fund called the Southern Border Wall Construction Fund, which the Department of Homeland Security would use to build and maintain physical barriers along the border between the United States and Mexico. To pay for it, the bill requires that all unspent money remaining in the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds be moved into this new wall construction fund right away.
