No FED in West Texas Act

This bill would stop the Department of the Interior from moving forward with a 2023 plan related to the Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. That plan would allow the government to expand the refuge by purchasing land or acquiring conservation agreements on up to 700,000 acres in the Southern High Plains area near the Texas-New Mexico border. The bill would block the plan from being finalized, carried out, or enforced.
