Restoring State Mineral Revenues Act

This bill would increase the money that states get from oil, gas, coal, and other natural resources taken from federal land within their borders. Right now, the Bureau of Land Management takes out a 2% fee for administrative costs before sending payments to the states. This bill would get rid of that 2% fee so states receive the full amount.
