Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act of 2025

This bill would stop the Department of Veterans Affairs from sharing veterans' or beneficiaries' personal information with the gun background check system just because someone else has been assigned to help manage their benefits. The VA could only share that information if a court has determined that the veteran or beneficiary is a danger to themselves or others.
