Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act of 2025

This bill targets people connected to Chinese law enforcement or the Chinese Communist Party who are trying to set up a Chinese police presence in the United States or who are secretly watching or intimidating people living here. It requires the President to block visas for employees of Chinese law enforcement and their immediate family members, as well as those directly involved with Chinese police operations in the U.S. The bill also requires freezing the property of Chinese law enforcement agencies, their leaders, and anyone working to secretly monitor or scare people in the U.S. on behalf of certain Chinese government groups. Finally, it stops federal agencies from helping with investigations into the people targeted by these penalties, unless the U.S. government started the investigation or the President decides it is necessary to protect Americans' health and safety.
