NET Act

This bill, called the NET Act, requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to study and report every two years on how the availability of network equipment affects the spread of broadband internet service. This information must be included in the FCC's regular reports about the communications marketplace, which are sent to Congress and made available to the public.
