End Child Trafficking Now Act

This bill sets rules for non-U.S. adults trying to enter the country with a child. The adult must prove they are a relative or legal guardian of the child by showing documents, providing witness testimony, or taking a DNA test if needed. If the adult cannot prove the relationship and refuses a DNA test, they will not be allowed into the country, and if an immigration officer believes a felony has been committed, the adult can be arrested. The bill also makes it a crime for an adult to knowingly use a child they are not related to or responsible for in order to enter the United States.
