Protect Medicaid Act

This bill would stop the federal government from paying the administrative costs of providing Medicaid health benefits to noncitizens who don't qualify for Medicaid because of their immigration status. It also requires the Department of Health and Human Services to report information about states that provide health benefits to those individuals.
