American Apprenticeship Act

This bill lets the Department of Labor give money to states to help cover the costs of training and instruction for apprenticeship programs. The Department of Labor would also be required to set up ways to measure how well the grant program is working. Additionally, it would need to figure out which in-demand jobs aren't using apprenticeships enough and report those findings to states and Congress.
