Technical Correction to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation Water Rights Settlement Act of 2025

This bill allows certain interest payments to be put into a special fund called the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes Water Rights Development Fund. That fund was created in 2009 as part of a water rights agreement for the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation. The bill is considered a technical fix to the original law that set up this agreement.
