Caribbean Border Counternarcotics Strategy Act

This bill officially requires the Office of National Drug Control Policy to create a plan focused on stopping illegal drugs from being smuggled through the Caribbean region into the United States, including efforts to fight drug trafficking and drug-related violence in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It also updates the law to make clear that U.S. territories and possessions are included when the office talks about "states" or the "United States." Additionally, the bill changes the definition of "supply reduction" so that the national drug control plan must include efforts to disrupt the money networks used by drug trafficking organizations.
