United States-Israel Defense Partnership Act of 2025

This bill strengthens military cooperation between the United States and Israel in several ways. It requires the Department of Defense to work with Israel on developing technology to counter threats from drones and unmanned systems, to open a defense innovation office in Israel, and to explore adding Israel to a group of close allies that share defense technology and industrial resources. The bill also allows the two countries to jointly research new technologies like artificial intelligence and robotics, extends their ability to work together on anti-tunnel and anti-drone systems through 2028, and continues allowing the transfer of U.S. defense supplies meant as backup stocks for Israel through the beginning of 2029.
