Safe and Affordable Drugs from Canada Act of 2025

This bill would require the FDA to let people in the United States buy prescription drugs from approved pharmacies in Canada for their own personal use. To qualify, the drugs must be purchased in no more than a 90-day supply, prescribed by a doctor licensed in a U.S. state, and have the same ingredients and strength as a drug already approved in the United States. Certain drugs, like controlled substances and injectable drugs, would not be allowed under this program. The FDA would also have to publish a list of approved Canadian pharmacies on its website.
