Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Land Claim Settlement Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of the Interior to give money to the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community in Baraga County, Michigan, to settle disputes over land the community has claimed and to clear up who officially owns those lands. The community can use the money for almost any legal purpose, but they cannot use it to buy land for gambling or casinos.
