Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

This bill would let people who are legally allowed to carry a concealed handgun in their home state also carry one in other states that allow concealed carry for their own residents. To qualify, a person must be legally allowed to have a firearm under federal law, carry a valid photo ID, and either have a concealed carry permit from their state or be allowed to carry concealed in their home state without one.
