Transparency in Bureaucratic Communications Act

This bill says that inspectors general — the watchdog offices inside federal agencies — must include new information in the regular reports they already send to Congress. Specifically, they would have to report any communications between their agency and online platforms or internet service providers. This includes conversations about specific online content, how platforms decide what content to allow or remove, and topics related to a platform's data tools or algorithms.
