Censorship Accountability Act

This bill would allow people to sue federal employees in the Executive Branch if those employees violate their First Amendment rights, such as freedom of speech, while acting in their official roles. The President and Vice President are not included in this rule. It creates a new legal option for people to take action in federal court when they believe a government worker has restricted their constitutional rights.
